Our muses have dreamed up an ethereal combination of Rocky Mountain favorites and coastal fare worthy of the gods. Pair that with refreshing summer brews, and this is one beer dinner you don’t want to miss.

First – Coconut, Cucumber, Grape Gazpacho with Toasted Coconut Hair – paired with “Heidrún” Barrel Aged Ginger Braggot
Second – Cast Iron Seared Alamosa Striped Bass, Heirloom Carrots, Turnips, Watermelon Radish, Mustard Greens with a Beet Balsamic Vinaigrette – paired with “Negativland” India Pale Lager
Third – Superior Farms Grilled Colorado Lamb with Olathe Corn & Pueblo Green Chile Hushpuppy Fritters, Rainbow Chard and Local Chili Honey – paired with “Monkchester” English Brown Ale
Fourth – Rocky Ford Caramelized Cantaloupe Upside-Down Cake with Orange-Infused Mascarpone and Candied Lime – paired with “Boss” Key Lime Lager
