Months ago we attended the Oskar Blues beer and fondue dinner at The Melting Pot and had a great time. The beer was infused into the different fondues and was paired with the meals themselves. Not surprisingly the beer paired really nicely with everything. The Melting Pot is back at it with an Odell pairing. I enjoy seeing these restaurants exploring with craft beer where normally wine would be a give-in. Take a look at the menu below

Assorted Brats and Sausages cooked in 90 Shilling Ale and served with Honey Mustard Sauce made with Odell’s Double Pilsner. Tasted with 90 Shilling and Double Pilsner.
Pesto Walnut Swiss Fondue prepared with Odell’s Indian Pale Ale. And, Pale Ale Cheese Fondue prepared with Odell’s 5 Barrel Pale Ale. Served with vegetables, assorted breads and Soft Pretzels. Tasted with Indian Pale Ale and 5 Barrel Pale Ale.
Lemon Garlic Pork Medallion, Filet Mignon Florentine, Spicy Chicken marinated in Odell’s St Lupulin Extra Pale Ale, Teriyaki Sirloin, Spicy French Quarter Shrimp and Wild Mushroom Sacchetti. Served with Fresh vegetables and signature Melting Pot Sauces. Tasted with St Lupulin Extra Pale Ale.
Sea Salt Dulce De Leche Milk Chocolate –and- Cayenne Pepper Dark Chocolate Fondue. Tasted with Odell’s Cut throat Porter.
